3.1 How do I track my order?

We will send you an email confirming despatch email when you order has left us. This email will contain a tracking number, which you will be able to use to track you order. Within the despatch email you will be informed which carrier company we have used to send your order to you. You will also find a web link to the carrier’s website where you will be able to enter the tracking number and track your order.


3.2 Can I track my order through my White Stores account?

Unfortunately you cannot yet track orders through your White Stores account. You will need track your order through our carrier’s website. We are developing a system at the moment which will allow you to track your order through our website, but at present this is not available.


3.3 Will the tracking information tell me the day or the time the order will be delivered?

The information given in the tracking system shows where your parcel is and documents the times and dates the parcel has been moved. It does not state when the parcel will be delivered however it does give a good indication, as you will be able to see the location of the product. You will be able to see if the order is ‘out for the delivery’ on the same day you are tracking the order.


3.4 Where and when do I get information about my Tracking Number?

The Tracking Number will be shown in the despatch email, which is sent to you when your order has been despatched. Please note that you may not be able to track your order until 7pm on the day that you receive your despatch email, as our carrier’s website can take time to upload all the information available.
