Is my Bean Bag waterproof?

Yes - All the Garden Bean Bags for sale on are 100% waterproof. The fabric has been treated with a PVC coating which allows the Bean Bag outside during the summer. If your Bean Bag gets dirty simply hose it down and leave it to dry for a short while.

Can I leave my Bean Bag out in all weather?

We do not advise that you leave your Bean Bag outside all year round, however it is OK to leave your Bean Bag outside during the summer months. To extend the life of your Bean Bag we advise that you store it during the winter in a clean and dry environment.

Will my Bean Bag fade if I leave it outside?

The Bean Bags have a fade resistance level 6 which means they will not fade quickly. However, if you decide to leave your Bean Bag outside in all conditions they will fade within 18 months. It is advised that you look after your Bean Bag. If you store your Bean Bag during poor weather conditions and clean it regularly, your Bean Bag will not fade for a long time.

How do I clean my Bean Bag?

All our Garden Bean Bags are zipped so that you can remove the beans inside and clean the case. We suggest that you use warm soapy water or our Golden Care Fabric Cleaner, please see:

What fabric is the Bean Bag made from?

The Bean Bags are all made from 600D polyester which is extrememly hard wearing and has excellent fade, rott, stain, crease resistant properties.

Is my Bean Bag reversable?

All the Bean Bags offered on this website are manufactured with a hidden zip, this means that nearly all our Bean Bags are 100% reversable.
